Shipping
Orders are processed and dispatched from our distribution centres. Shipping times may vary depending on location, stock availability, and distributor arrangements.
All shipping costs, delivery timeframes, and logistics are the responsibility of the purchasing distributor or customer unless otherwise agreed.
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. HARTES METAL™ is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Stock Returns
Stock orders returned within 7 days of the original purchase or stocking date may be accepted, subject to inspection of the goods, without charge.
Returns requested after 7 days and within 6 months of the original purchase or stocking date may be accepted following inspection. A 25% restocking fee will apply, and the customer is responsible for all transportation costs.
Returns will not be accepted after 6 months from the original purchase or stocking date.
Display Wheels
Where display wheels are provided to a distributor, it is the distributor’s responsibility to maintain the condition of the wheels for the duration of the display period.
Wheels must be returned in the same condition as supplied. Any damage or deterioration will result in the distributor accepting full purchase liability for the product.

HARTES METAL™ wheels are backed by a manufacturer warranty covering structural integrity and finish.
