About Hartes Metal
Off-road wheels designed and engineered in California
Hartes Metal means tough metal in German. Our in-house team in California designs every model from scratch. The off-road range takes the layered styling of performance car wheels and applies it to trucks and 4x4s.

Each design goes through concept sketches, 3D modeling, finite element analysis (FEA), and mold design at our office in California. We work out every line from the back of the wheel to the face. That is why each Hartes Metal wheel is marked Designed and Engineered in California on the back.
How the FusionForge® process works
A FusionForge® wheel starts as a casting. The lip and the back of the rim are then formed under high roller pressure. Hartes Metal is the first company in the world to offer this process.

1. The casting is locked in place
The cast wheel is mounted above a steel mold. A locking mechanism holds it and controls the forming.

2. Rollers shape the rim
Three rollers press the aluminum against the mold under high pressure, one side at a time.

3. The second side is formed
The rollers then shape the other side against a second mold.
A center cap for each bolt pattern
Half alloy, half ABS, with a 3D H logo you can have painted to match the truck. The cap part number sits on every row of the fitment table.

Shaped around the lug nuts
The six-lug cap for 6x135 and 6x139.7 is shaped around the lug holes, so the lug nuts stay visible.

Full cover cap
The cover cap closes the center of the wheel completely and carries the same 3D H logo.
